The Montecito Restaurant is a a contemporary take on a relaxed brasserie influenced by the multicultural cuisine of America’s Pacific West Coast, a dedicated all-day dining spot in the heart of Paris.
The Montecito Restaurant and Bar is located within the luxurious and stylish five-star hotel, Kimpton St Honoré Paris. The restaurant has its own dedicated entrance on the Boulevard des Capucines and aims to become the locals’ best-loved restaurant. Designed by the architectural duo Humbert & Poyet and inspired by the brand’s Californian roots, Montecito combines light, seaside-inspired recipes infused with American generosity. Overseen by Chef Nicolas Pastot and Carrie Solomon, the pair execute casual-chic colourful plates to bring to life a rich and meaningful dining experience for guests looking for a heartfelt touch of the Californian dream. All guests are able to rediscover contemporary meals that are made with fresh, seasonal, locally-sourced products.
At the bar, Montecito has a large selection of wines from all over the world, mainly biodynamic. Cocktail lovers are not forgotten and can enjoy the best of the classics, signature creations and a choice of more than 30 Bourbon references. Whether it’s a glass of champagne, a latte or a smoothie - all guests are bound to find their perfect match.
On every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, guests can enjoy the show of a live DJ, turning the restaurant into a vibrant place of life where everybody wants to gather.
