For all those who prefer to live every minute of the day rather than count them, les Hôtels (très) particuliers created Les Maisons de Campagne in 2019.

The concept is simple: offering to individuals and companies the opportunity to enjoy the comfort and charm of a country house without the constraints. Here, no gardening and no handiwork, Les Maisons de Campagne offers a new kind of place to disconnect. Places where nature, whether in the surroundings or on the plate, is accessible from all points of view and where everyone feels at home. Les Maisons de Campagne offers a friendly, warm and relaxed experience, an invitation to enjoy simple pleasures, epicureanism and discovery in an exceptional setting less than an hour from the big cities.

Les Maisons de Campagne springs life in close proximity to nature, each in exceptional locations to offer a unique reconnection experience. Each house is an invitation to a timeless immersion in places steeped in history. Set in sites with a rich architectural heritage and preserved natural environment, the signature of Les Maisons de Campagne is to subvert the character of the site, by erasing the pomp and pageantry that might intimidate while preserving intact the testimony of previous lives.

ALL-INCLUSIVE - There are those who would rather put their feet under the table than get their hands dirty.

Designed as large family homes, every house is a place where everyone feels at home : some would make themselves a cup of tea or coffee, and a little later others would go behind the bar to make a cocktail or pour themselves a glass of wine. The brand's offer is focused on simplicity and transparency, reinventing the all-inclusive promise. Far from the clichés of the traditional all-inclusive, to enjoy it with a light mind, at Les Maisons de Campagne, you can put your suitcases down and your purse away with one watchword : enjoy without counting. Whether it's the first coffee of the day, the freshly squeezed juice or the last cocktail of the evening, everything is included during your stay. The all-inclusive formula includes all catering and drinks. The cuisine is gourmet and authentic, with entirely homemade meals and fresh produce. Here, freedom is the order of the day, everyone helps him/herself according to their appetite, everything is on the table. A formula which, thanks to all-inclusive packages of 24h, 48h or more, gives priority to pleasure and sharing to free its guests from all constraints.

SEMINARS - There are seminars that make you want to leave and those that make you want to stay.

Whether it's a meeting, a seminar or a company event, from Monday to Friday, Les Maisons de Campagne offers a team experience that will leave a lasting impression on company employees. Open to business clients during the week, Les Maisons de Campagne offers a seminar programme focused on creativity and well-being thanks to all-inclusive packages, state-of-the-art meeting rooms and a multitude of activities. The spirit of the house gives the seminars organised here a less formatted and more informal feel.

ACTIVITIES - Do it all or do nothing at all.

Open to multiple uses: Thanks to the modularity, each space is designed to lead a double life during the weekends. The houses are open to couples, friends and families for the ideal getaway for citydwellers looking to escape. To make the days more beautiful than the nights, everyone can live at their own pace, as close to nature as possible. Gourmets, curious people, dreamers... Everyone can choose from a collection of activities for young and old: a boat trip, a film session, a few laps in the pool, a yoga class, an excursion into the woods... And of course, everything is there and in sufficient quantity.Bicycles, rackets, golf clubs, balls are available for self-service. And for all the curious, discovery andinitiation workshops to be shared between initiates and novices are organised every weekend.

KIDS - The best life for adults starts with the best life for children.

Les Maisons de Campagne is also a paradise for kids. Everything is done so that parents can take theirtribe away for a weekend, relax as a family, enjoy moments of sharing between young and old, gamesto have fun and a host of discovery activities. There is even a babysitting service on request.


Inspired by their desire for wide open spaces, Les Hôtels (Très) Particuliers opened the first establishment of Les Maisons de Campagne in 2019, the Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu, located in the Yvelines region 45 minutes from Paris. With its 98 rooms, moats, numerous fireplaces, seminar roomsand 12 hectares of playground, the place becomes in a few months the destination of city dwellers and companies in search of an escape where disconnecting is the key word.

On the strength of the success of this first product and this new concept, the group is continuing to rollout the brand with the acquisition of a new establishment in 2021 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, which will open soon to enrich the concept, and is continuing to grow, with the aim of opening 10 houses by 2030,while striving to become the benchmark brand for a new type of hotel, aware of and attentive to theneeds of a clientele in search of authenticity, wide open spaces and conviviality.
