Our concept breaks the codes of the hotel industry by offering a Hybrid offer adapted to new demands.
The YOU URBAN HOME concept is a hotel conceived as a big house in the era of time ... Our offer is deeply hybrid. Several categories of rooms in one and the same building, ranging from suites to shared rooms (for 5, 6, 7, 10 or even 12 people!).
Our common spaces are transformed into coworking space (adapted) during the day and into a relaxation area in the evening (festive bar).
There is a cinema (a real cinema) and a high-tech gym in the hotel (FIT YOU URBAN HOME app, for users of our gym).
This establishment does not turn only to the resident of the hotel but pays particular attention to the neighbors and co-workers of the region.
A discreet and intelligent implementation of technology is present throughout the hotel. The technology does not alter / hinder the customer journey. This contribution is presented as a "plus" that may or may not be used by the customer.
(ex: automatic wine-by-the-glass machine, check-in terminals, connected fridge, online food ordering, work screens, 1 wifi terminal per room, built-in Bluetooth and Chromecast speaker in the rooms, etc ...)
