Gastronomy in the limelight at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards

For 14 years, great French chefs have taken turns showing imagination to delight the taste buds of the participants during the awards ceremony at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards.

This year, fine food is being honored at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards. Pastry Chef Laurent Jeannin will be the guest of the 14th awards ceremony of the competition, and will skillfully prolong the pleasure of tasting dishes prepared by Christophe Raoux, Chef at the Grand Hotel InterContinental Paris. Applying his culinary talents in the service of Le Bristol hotel since 2007, this desserts expert has since climbed the ladder within prestigious Parisian establishments, such as Maison Fauchon under Pierre Hermé, Le Crillon, where he remained for ten years, and the George V where he reinvented the patisserie for its reopening in 1999. With Laurent Jeannin, the Worldwide Hospitality Awards will once again celebrate gastronomy.

For more than 14 years, the great French chefs have busied themselves in the kitchen of the event to reveal their culinary delights. Among them: Cristiano Martin, Executive Chef at Conrad Hilton Algarve (2012), Christopher Hache, Le Crillon Paris (2011), Philippe Renard, Chef at Lutetia Paris (2010), Jean-François Rouquette, Chef at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme and Christophe Michalak, Pastry Chef at the Plaza Athénée (2009), Michel Roth, Chef at l'Espadon restaurant at the Ritz in Paris (2008), Jean-Yves Lauranguer, Chef at Fouquet's Barrière (2007), Philippe Legendre, 3-star chef at the Four Seasons George V (2006) restaurant, Alain Dutournier Chef at the Carré at Feuillant in Paris (2005), Jean-Louis Nomicos, Chef at Restaurant Lasserre Paris (2004 and 2003), Frédéric Anton, Chef at Pré Catelan (2002), Jacques Le Divellec (2001).
