A new gastronomy concept emerges at Anthós—this will be your ritualistic, celebratory evening highlighting traditional Cretan cuisine helmed by Creative Consultant, Chef Athinagoras Kostakos. With a refined approach to Greek cuisine, Anthós’s menu is derived from ingredients sourced from our own organic, kitchen garden.
Traditional Cretan cuisine truly shines at Blue Door Taverna, a lovingly restored fisherman’s shelter where the catch of the day is cooked over an open grill. It’s just a stroll along the beach, and a million miles away from a typical hotel restaurant.
Spectacularly stylish, Asia Deep Blue has set the bar high for Asian fusion cuisine. An enticing dining option, offering inventive dishes that draw on elements of the South East Asian tradition, against a backdrop of sublime views.
