Benoît Jobert, co-founder of one of Europe's largest operators, The Babel Community, will be sharing his vision and ambitions at the Hospitality Asset Forum on Monday 21 November at the InterContinental Paris le Grand hotel.

The concept was born from a utopia designed by Benoît Jobert and Matthieu Brugières in 2015. In September 2017, the first property with 80 co-living flats, 200 coworking workstations, a gym, a film club and a restaurant open to the neighbourhood, opened in Marseille in 4000 m². Montpellier in 2019 and Marseille in 2021 followed. In 2022 the concept will open in Grenoble 5 years after the first opening.
