InterContinental Hotels Group has signed an agreement for the new-build Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Center, the first IHG property in the city and the first international branded property in the city center.

InterContinental Hotels Group and Felicity Asset Co. Ltd have signed an agreement together to build the Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Center. This is the first international branded hotel in the city center, meeting the demand of a growing business travel clientele to the industrial hub of the country.The hotel will offer 240 guestrooms and 60 suites adjacent to the Laemtong Shopping Mall, and with easy access to many of the city's industrial parks. Other facilities include all-day dining, a signature rooftop restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, a swimming pool and pool bar, and fitness center.Currently there are 16 existing IHG hotels in Thailand, including 9 Holiday Inn locations.
