
After being on the market since September, Swiss Billionaire Thomas Straumann has closed a deal on selling the Grand Hotel Bellevue Gstaad.
The 57-room Grand Hotel Bellevue, located in Gstaad, Switzerland, was sold to Daniel Koetser and Rudolf Maag for an undisclosed amount by Swiss Billionaire Thomas Straumann.“I am very happy that my long-standing colleague Rudolf Maag and his son-in-law Daniel Koetser have decided to buy the hotel,” said Straumann.As of yet, Koetser and Maag plan on keeping the hotel’s current management team and name, under the Spirit Hotels brand.
