Glasgow (Ville)

First urban metropolis of Scotland in terms of population, with an industrial tradition, the city of Glasgow is also services-oriented, especially with financial and business services.

Glasgow managed to revive its tourism industry after the crisis and depends on recent urban renewal and traffic brought in by the many low-cost airlines that have stopovers there. International demand reached 2.7 million per year, and 9.4 million passengers landed at the Glasgow airport in 2016, up 7.5%.
