OYO, the pioneering hotel technology company, is making waves in the UK with the launch of its 'Managed by OYO' programme. This innovative programme is set to transform the hotel landscape, with plans to expand across the country by adding 20 hotels to its portfolio.
As part of the "Managed by OYO" initiative, OYO takes care of the entire operational spectrum of hotels, from guest reservations to maintenance and much more. The great thing about this programme is its flexibility; there are no rigid entry criteria, such as specific room numbers or categories. Hotel owners can negotiate terms ranging from three to fifteen years, ensuring a tailor-made partnership.
As proof of its commitment, OYO has already successfully managed five hotels in leading UK cities such as London, Aberdeen, Sheffield, Cardiff and Bristol. These hotels have served as pilot projects for the Managed by OYO programme. The next phase will see the addition of a further 20 hotels in key cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Cardiff and Edinburgh.
"We are committed to taking very good care of hotel properties. Hotel owners can rest assured that the terms of the management contract will be fully adhered to and that maintenance and upkeep will be impeccable, thereby not only preserving but also enhancing the value of the asset." - Gautam Swaroop, CEO of OYO International
"The day-to-day operations, maintenance and management of a hotel can be a daunting task. Managed by OYO, our brand new programme will enable hotel owners to get a return on their property investment and allow professionals to manage the hotel." - Puneet Yadav, Director of OYO UK
OYO currently has 160 small hotels in 65 cities across the UK. Globally, the company operates in 35 countries, a testament to its reach and success.
In addition to its hotel division, OYO also owns OYO Vacation Homes in Europe, which operates well-known brands such as DanCenter and Belvilla. This diversification underlines OYO's commitment to offering complete hospitality solutions, making it a forerunner in the sector.
