June 2013: the French hotel sector profited from international events

The final figures on hotel activity during the month of June confirm the upward trend observed by MKG Hospitality at the beginning of the month. Hoteliers especially profited from particularly dynamic event activity throughout the country.

The improvement observed in May continued in June. The French hotel industry has indeed taken advantage of the dynamism of major international exhibitions organized throughout the Hexagon, some of which had not been held last year. Over the period, national RevPAR has again increased to 76.8 Euros...
