Heavy flooding in Europe earlier this month was not enough to plunge the continent’s hotel performance back into the red.

Continued improvement since April seems to be continuing in June, with positive changes in sector indicators in almost all European counties. Occupancy rates and average daily rates in the Old Country show an improvement of 2 points and 2.4% respectively, putting Revenue per available room at 78.1...
