
Faced with the growing influx of foreign visitors coming to South Korea each year, the country’s hospitality sector struggles to absorb the demand and is evident that it is short of rooms to meet it. After having abandoned the tourism sector for several years, the Korean government has taken back the reins and is doubling its efforts to revitalize attendance in the destination and is reinforcing its infrastructure, notably via the institution of investment incentives.
