As in previous months, hotel performance in Morocco continues to be down. Tunisia has not recovered from attacks in March. On the other hand, Algeria, Egypt and Lebanon post double-digit growth rates.

In April 2015, Moroccan hospitality is on a downtrend compared to last year. Occupancy decreased by 6.2 points, while average rates rose by 1.2%, driving Moroccan hotels to record a RevPAR down by 7.5%.
