Compagnie des Alpes acquires 73% of Travelfactory

The company becomes the majority shareholder of Travelfactory.

Compagnie des Alpes announced the acquisition of 73% of shares in Travelfactory, specialist in online distribution of ski holidays in France. Travelfactory includes several brands: Travelski, SimplytoSki, Skiline,, Ski&Soleil as well as Locatour and Golden Voyages.

Shares could reach 100% in 4 years. The operation allows Compagnie des Alpes to meet its need and fulfill its strategy to expand its distribution supply of stays and accommodations to mountain destinations, to reach a younger clientele and highlight its expertise and digital footprint.

Dominique Marcel, CEO Compagnie des Alpes hopes to "have the means to help "Grand ski français" gain market shares on the very competitive European market, as we would be the first beneficiaries of this positioning."
