citizenM acquires two key Parisian addresses

These acquisitions make Paris a perfect destination for the citizenM brand.

The CitizenM brand is interested in two addresses in the 8th arrondissement of Paris: 66 Avenue des Champs-Elysées and 128 rue La Boétie.

CitizenM already had three Paris Region properties: Paris Gare de Lyon hotel, Paris Charles de Gaulle hotel and Paris La Défense hotel.

The group consisting of SI Faure (chaired by Jean-Louis Casagrande) and BlueStone Group (chaired by Patrick Bels) announced that it had sold the two addresses for 77 million euros and a small adjoining boutique for 3 million euros.
