Eurostars Hotel Company is continuing its expansion in Spain, with the acquisition of the Hotel Alborán in Chiclana de la Frontera, in the province of Cadiz, now part of its Crisol Hotels brand.
This transaction, advised by Christie & Co, marks a significant step in the development of the hotel chain.
The hotel, renamed Crisol Chiclana, will be managed on a rental basis by Eurostars. With this acquisition, Eurostars increases the number of Crisol Hotels in Spain to 17 and its total number of hotels to 20, including those in Portugal and Argentina.
The Hotel Alborán, inaugurated in 2002, is a leading asset in Chiclana, known for its modern style, Andalusian patio and central location. The 3-star establishment offers 67 rooms, most of which overlook the River Iro or the Plaza de Andalucía, as well as a cafeteria, meeting and event rooms, and private parking.
This acquisition is part of Eurostars' ongoing expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in the Spanish and international markets. The integration of the Hotel Alborán into the Crisol Hotels portfolio illustrates the group's desire to diversify and enrich its offering.
"Our asset in Chiclana is in the best hands and under the best contractual conditions, far exceeding our expectations, thanks to the advice of the entire Christie & Co team. We are convinced that the Hotel Alboran will be a success in this new phase for all concerned". - Jaime Rodríguez, family representative and member of the board of directors of the company that owns the property
