Barceló Hotel Group has announced the addition of three Ferrado Inmuebles properties to its portfolio, one in Barcelona and two in the United States.
The Allegro Barcelona, which previously operated under the name Room Mate Emma, is owned by Ferrado Inmuebles, a company owned by Sandra Ortega, for whom Barceló Hotel Group has already managed a hotel in Palo Alto since 2021 through Crestline Hotels & Resorts.
The 3-star boutique hotel has 56 rooms, some with a terrace and/or private pool. It is located in the Eixample district, a few metres from Rambla de Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.
The Allegro Barcelona is a hotel with a futuristic design, whose interior design project is signed by Tomás Alía, known as the architect of light and one of the most recognized figures in interior design in Spain.
In addition, the North American management company Crestline "has also reached an agreement to manage two other hotels in Los Angeles and Miami", owned by Ferrado Inmuebles, but in this case there are no details yet on the brands chosen.
