The Luxury Hotelschool Paris is unveiling new ambitions and announcing the appointment of Marie-Amélie de Leusse, President of the Rémy Cointreau Group, as head of its Board of Perfection.

Created in 1993, the Luxury Hotelschool Paris invests heavily each year in order to adapt to the new requirements of students, hotel operators and consumers alike. The hospitality sector is constantly evolving, so it is necessary to be always on the lookout, especially in terms of training.

However, the hospitality industry is facing a certain lack of interest from the younger generation, which is the result of a lack of attractiveness due to various factors. The Parisian school intends to address this issue through various initiatives.

It is increasingly difficult to attract young people to the hotel industry, as evidenced by the recruitment difficulties in the sector, but the world of luxury is still a dream. This is why we have invested so that students are totally immersed in this world, from the moment they enter the school with its Palace décor to the classrooms. Outside the school too, we take our students to discover and immerse themselves in this world by experiencing the great hotels or by going to lunch in starred restaurants. In the field of luxury as in the hotel industry, France has an internationally recognised know-how.

Having already established partnerships with the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), a world reference among hospitality management schools, as well as with Cornell University in the United States, the school aims to continue its international development. With this in mind, the school's ambassador, Sébastien Siffritt, is responsible for expanding the school's network of partner universities and hotels around the world.

In order to allow more and more international students to follow its courses, the school is launching its first 100% online hotel operator bachelor's degree. According to Arnaud Bouvier, this bachelor's degree is "a career accelerator that gives graduates the new codes of luxury, which are just as demanding in terms of style and quality, but also more human and modern in terms of management".

At the same time, Marie-Amélie de Leusse has been appointed head of the Conseil de Perfectionnement of the Luxury Hotelschool Paris. As President of the Rémy Cointreau Group since this year, she will be able to strengthen the school's strategic vision while transmitting the values and knowledge of the property.

Marie-Amélie's presence in the school's strategic and operational bodies has been essential in the implementation of the school's upmarket approach and its quest for quality. The Rémy Cointreau group is for us an example of French and family success in the luxury world.
