Ecole Ducasse & Enderun Colleges

The academic partnership between the school dedicated to excellence in cooking and pastry-making and the management school has been renewed for the next 10 years. It confirms the positioning of Ecole Ducasse in Asia and follows other collaborations in India and Thailand.

This collaboration allows Ederun Colleges' students to be trained according to École Ducasse's standards and expertise in Manila or in France and to do internships in the school's partner establishments.

The partnership includes the following programmes:

  • courses to discover the fundamentals of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts;

  • 8-month intensive diplomas in Culinary Arts or in Pastry Arts;

  • second or third year at the École Ducasse campuses in France for BS holders in International Hospitality Management specialising in Culinary Arts.

The curricula were co-built by the two institutions, and the executive pastry chef Laetitia Moreau and the executive chef Marc Chalopin ensure the training of the students in the respect of the educational standards of chef Alain Ducasse in Manila.

"Youth with a Future" is another aspect of the collaboration. The joint initiative between the two institutions aims to help underprivileged youths achieve their goals. It allows a group of students from the Tuloy Foundation's culinary programme to pursue a certification course at the Ecole Ducasse Manila.

An offer for food lovers and for corporate seminars based on cooking and pastry courses in Manila will also be developed.

We are proud to renew this partnership with Enderun Colleges and to contribute to the training of future culinary and pastry talents in the Philippines by bringing our unique savoir-faire. The perpetuation of this partnership for the next ten years will allow us to continue to strengthen our ties with this country with a rich and generous gastronomic heritage and confirms École Ducasse's strong presence in Asia.

Elise Masurel, Managing Director of Ecole Ducasse

Enderun Colleges is pleased to renew its partnership with the prestigious École Ducasse, which has been promoting gastronomic excellence in the Philippines for several years. I am convinced that the richness of our exchanges and the excellence of our curricula will allow many Filipino students to train with the greatest chefs and to help a new generation of talented chefs emerge in Asia.

Daniel Perez, Co-founder and Senior Vice-President of Enderun Colleges
