Announced in April 2021, the project is becoming a reality with an upcoming opening in the Thai capital. This is the first project of this type outside Paris for the Ducasse School.
Internationally renowned, the Thai gastronomic heritage will meet a know-how of excellence carried by the Ecole Ducasse through the partnership concluded with the Nai Lert Group; F&B specialist which operates 4 restaurants and a catering supply.

Alain Ducasse shares his passion for teaching by saying: "I have always run on my vision of culinary and pastry arts. I share my know-how with all young people who have a craving for learning, enthusiasts, career-changers and professionals alike willing to strengthen their skills, with a single motto in mind: excellence in practice. I am delighted to extend this vision to Thailand, one of the most vibrant culinary scenes."
Three floors spread over 1,400 m² will be dedicated to training for professionals and amateurs. Teaching will be provided in Thai, French and English. The school is also equipped with an event space. Ecole Ducasse is a member of the Sommet Education group, already present in France, the Philippines, India and soon in Thailand.
