
Confirming its expansion plan in Morocco, Radisson Group adds 7 new properties to its portfolio with 1600 rooms.
A target of 15 hotels in operation in Morocco by 2025
In partnership with Madaef, Raddison Blu aquiere 7 properties, residences and resorts, located in the tourist regions, Al Hoceima, Saidia and Taghazout, 4 of which will open their doors in July 2021.

- Radisson Blu Resort, Al Hoceima
Opening this month, the 432-room resort, surrounded by a local reserve, will offer guests a coastal recreation experience with direct beach access and a multitude of water activities.
- Radisson Blu Residences, Al Hoceima
The new 142-unit property, which also opens this month, will offer contemporary one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Residents will also have access to the property's three swimming pools and will be able to take advantage of the many facilities at the adjacent Radisson Blu Resort, Al Hoceima.
- Radisson Blu Resort, Saïdia beach
Scheduled to welcome its first guests this month, the 397-room resort will be centrally located next to the marina, offering guests direct access to the beach and a wide range of facilities.
- Radisson Blu Resort, Saïdia Garden
Opening in the second quarter of 2022, the converted 150-room resort will welcome guests with its standard rooms and superior suites. Guests will not only have access to the fitness center, all-day restaurant and bar, but will also be able to enjoy the facilities of the adjacent Radisson Blu Resort, Saidia Beach.
- Radisson Blu Residences, Saïdia
With 192 units including standard apartments and standard suites, the renovated property is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2022 and will feature an all-day restaurant, two specialty restaurants, as well as a lounge, snacks and bars. Guests will be able to enjoy the property's wellness facilities, as well as those of the adjacent Radisson Blu Resort, Saidia Beach.
- Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village
The fourth hotel in the portfolio to open this month is the Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village, which will include a variety of accommodations for families. It will also have a wide range of facilities and dining options.
- Radisson Residences Taghazout Bay
On track to open in the first quarter of 2023, the new 208-unit property will feature two- and three-bedroom apartments and will also offer guests access to its outdoor pool.
