OYO Vacation Homes finalized the acquisition of TUI's vacation rental business announced at the beginning of the year.

Through this partnership, OYO Vacation Homes is increasing its portfolio of more than 140,000 vacation homes and more than 50,000 owners in 70 countries by approximately 17,000 additional vacation properties. This acquisition will strategically strengthen the company's presence in France, Germany, Austria and Italy in particular.

With this acquisition, OYO will expand its pan-European vacation home rental business and consolidate its position as the European leader in this field.

OYO Vacation Homes has several brands, including Belvilla, DanCenter, Danland and the German company Traum- Ferienwohnungen.

At OYO Vacation Homes, we want to be the leading vacation rental company and we are following a solid growth strategy to expand our presence in Europe and the UK. This acquisition is a fundamental step in strengthening our presence in Germany, Austria, France and Italy.
