123Venture announced its participation in the purchase of both the real estate and business enterprise of the Sofitel Le Louise hotel in Brussels, along with the Maranatha group. The transaction should amount to more than 16.4 million euro, of which 3 million will be financed by 123Venture and the rest by Maranatha with the KBC bank. Accor will continue to operate the establishment via a management contract.The five-star hotel is located in the Belgian capital, on Toison d'Or avenue in the heart of the prestigious Louise quarter which hosts numerous luxury shopping outlets. The hotel offers 169 rooms, including 10 suites, a restaurant, bar, terrace and four events rooms for a total capacity of 200 people. Additionally, the extension project expected to be completed by the end of 2014 will add a spa and two more events rooms. The annual turnover of the hotel is about 11 million euro. This is the Maranatha group's first acquisition outside of France.
