The third French casino owner gains its 23rd casino.

The group JOA (Jouer Oser s’Amuser) has finalized the acquisition of Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal Casino, a 4-star hotel with 200 rooms, a swimming pool, a beach, a nightclub and a casino.

The casino of Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal Casino has 200 slot machines, twenty electronic roulettes and a dozen gaming tables.

JOA, a casino and leisure operator in France, has already owned 22 casinos in France and an online gaming site. It runs also 2 hotels, 24 restaurants and 33 bars.
