The founder and president of the Saudi Kingdom Holding Co, Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, is considering a strategic option for the Four Seasons Hotels and Resort and Fairmont Raffles Hotels International groups, according to Bloomberg TV. One of the majority shareholders in the two hotel groups is considering their merger or entry on the stock market."Our goal now is to develop the two companies and have a monetization process. The hotel industry is facing some major transformations that could extend over the next three to four years, representing a period where we need to seize opportunities", he said.
