European Hotel Management B.V, a Dutch hotel organization and owner of Apollo Hotels, is being acquired by the Israeli Fattal Hotels.
Fattal Hotels will make the acquisition of 13 hotels in the group European Hotel Management B.V. The organization’s subsidiary Wellness resort Thermae 2000 in Valkenburg will not be included in the transaction.
The transfer is due to be finalized by September 1, 2018.

We built up a robust organisation, financially strong and with the wonderful Apollo brand. […] Fattal Hotels is a strong and pioneering organisation that will be able to further develop our chain. Furthermore, we can optimally benefit from its commercial network and the systems.”
David Fattal, Owner and CEO of Fattal Hotels also expressed himself: "The Netherlands is a very important link in the international business world.
