A galaxy of stars for the 20th Worldwide Hospitality Awards cocktail

Chef Laurent André and his brigade together with Arnaud Donckele, Best Chef in the World 2019, and Andreas Mavrommatis, will delight the senses of guests.

After discovering the latest innovations in hospitality around the world. After seeing Paul Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson, the founding duo of the European hotel industry, rewarded for their achievements, guests attending the ceremony will be able to network and relax around a 5-star cocktail.

Masterfully orchestrating the cuisine at the Café de la Paix since 2016, Chef Laurent André, who has received a star for each of his restaurants, will welcome the leaders of hospitality with his local and seasonal cuisine.

There will be nothing less than the reference of Greek gastronomy in Paris. A piece of the Mediterranean will delight the participants with the cuisine of chef Andréas Mavrommatis, who has been rewarded by a Michelin star.
