Europe: a "yes, but" for May

May confirmed a situation of hospitality activity back to normal in Europe. But the travellers, both for business or leisure, are still very sensitive to a good rate selling point that the hoteliers did not hesitate to use in order to stimulate the demand. Less hit by the phenomenon, France and UK pull the results upwards.

European hospitality goes on, progressively emerging after a catastrophic year in 2009. In May, the Revenue per available room registered a new progression of 5.4% , a result roughly identical to the one of April.
