"Grow with us to make sure that ‘Every Moment Matters’." - Federico J. González Tejera, CEO Radisson Hotel Group
At Radisson Hotel Group, people are our biggest asset. We are globally connected, proudly inclusive, forward thinking, and powered by passion in all we do. Radisson Hotel Group is an employer of choice and a meaningful gateway to a world of career opportunities in over 1,500 hotels and 120 countries. A 9-time honoree of the World’s Most Ethical companies, we care about people in our hotels, communities and the supply chain.
Despite the challenges the global economy and our industry faced during the pandemic, we are ready for the rebound a focus on innovation and sustainability. Today, over 95% of our leased hotels are open and people around the globe are planning to travel again.
Every crisis brings opportunities for companies which are agile and ready to adapt. Prior to 2020, Radisson Hotel Group had a strong crisis management process and flexible cost model in place. The Group’s complete company diagnostic in 2017 and subsequent five-year transformation plan with 26 concrete initiatives enabled the company to act quickly in response to the pandemic and look ahead to a faster recovery compared to other hotel groups due to its flexible cost model, best-in-class revenue management system, a reworked brand architecture, and quality monitoring and commercial support systems. We quickly adapted to changing market needs and invested over $400 million to strengthen the relevance of our brands, developed new business lines such as our Hybrid Rooms and Meeting Solutions to assist clients in delivering seamless events, introduced a new brand, Radisson Individuals, accelerated concepts like our F&B transformation, centralized our revenue management and IT centers of excellence, and expanded our digital offering.
To support our ambitious growth plan, Radisson Hotel Group is looking for driven individuals who are flexible, eager to multitask, and learn as much as possible about the hospitality industry with incomparable on-the-job experiences. With the change in the industry, we have seen the rise of new roles needed, such as systems specialists. We recently hired new team members to build our centers of excellence in Madrid and are looking for additional team members who can fulfil cross departmental roles in our hotel teams or environmental specialists to accelerate Radisson’s ambitious Responsible Business program. The current hospitality climate is a real opportunity for individuals who have a “Yes I Can’ service attitude” and thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
At Radisson Hotel Group, we take our cultural belief “We grow talent, talent grows us” to heart. Personalized career development to grow the potential of all team members, is at the core of our employer values. Next to on-the-job learning and classroom training, one of our key development tools is Radisson Academy which offers continuous learning opportunities with customized training programs from induction to leadership. During the pandemic, we enriched the Radisson Academy offering with self-paced, virtual, and peer to peer interactive training modules on business and personal development topics, expanding the range of our leading experts with speakers from prestigious universities such as the London Business School, as well as with internal experts to share their insights. These personal development, health & safety, and job training courses led to a 5-fold increase in participation. We are continuing to evolve our learning and development offering with a pipeline of advancements, including our new “Fast Track Hospitality” training program to onboard team members without a hospitality background.
We are hiring the next era of hoteliers and welcome you to get in touch to learn how you can be part of our dynamic company and industry, experience global hospitality and grow with us to make sure that ‘Every Moment Matters’ as Radisson Hotel Group’s core philosophy says.
Grow with us to make sure that ‘Every Moment Matters’.
