Vatel Tunis _ Hotel Management Magazine TUNISIA, the professional magazine of Vatel Tunis, intented exclusively for managers and professionals of Hospitality and Tourism industry, is a concept developed by our students and professors as an academic reflection at the service of the Hospitality indusry in Tunisia.
Summary_ The objective is to: -* Develop the analytical skills of our students by writing articles, records and reports within a framework of an annual magazine supervised by professionals to strengthen the constructive thinking. -* Encourage our students to expand their knowledge and motivate them to set out new methods and trends in Managements, Hospitality environment, catering and culinary arts. -* Strive for Excellence: Vatel Tunis is ranked as one of the leading hospitality schools. -* And last but not least, the recognition on the profession by treating cases and records, and thus, be part in te development and the improvement of the tourism indusrty in Tunisia._ Hotel Management Magazine is the first magazine that deals with the hospitality industry in tunisia, which cas introduced and conceived by Vatel Tunis in collaboration with highly skilled chefs of the French Republic and the French "Académie nationale de Cuisine". A report in the Elysee presidential palace's kitchens, an interview with Paul Bocuse; wich was made thanks to Carlos Marsal, executive chef of the Embassy of France in Tunis and coach at Vatel Tunis, as well as strategic records in management, hospitality, catering and culinary arts were developed by our students.
