Summary _ Having opened the new Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, I am extremely proud to be heading the Learning & Development functions at the hotel and working towards making Learning an integral part of everyone’s day-to-day job by partnering with the operations to keep ahead of our competitors and deliver service excellence._ As Learning & Development Manager, I am incredibly passionate about what I do and I am proud that my job has a direct influence on both our employees and our guests._ In the future, I will strive to provide a progressive Learning and Development service that satisfies employee perceptions of a leading employer and ensures Four Seasons maintains its position as the undisputed leader in luxury hospitality.
