Summary _ This 3-year Bachelor’s degree provides you with all the necessary technical Communication and Marketing managerial knowledge that you need in the international hospitality industry and offers a multicultural experience thanks to a partnership between three renowned European schools: Ecole de Savignac, Centro Superior de Hosteleria de Galicia or Angell Business School or in 2014 Apicius in Italy, and Brighton University, the latter awarding the degree._ This course is a unique opportunity for students to engage in a totally European BA award that is learnt both in the workplace and by attendance at three internationally recognised colleges._ The curriculum and its delivery are designed to reflect the needs of the hospitality industry for a flexible and innovative workforce who are able to meet the ever changing demands of the marketplace._ Students who successfully complete this award can expect a challenging and rewarding career in a stimulating and exciting industry._ Objectives _ This course will provide all the theoretical and practical skills the student needs to build a career in the hospitality industry.
