Summary _ Ben Lancken graduated from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) in 2008 after three years of study and industry placement._ He earned the following qualifications: -* Bachelor of Commerce International Hospitality and Tourism Management -* Advanced Diploma Hospitality Management -* Swiss Diploma Hotel Management_ On graduation Ben was recruited by the well-known Australian group Toga Hotels as they were impressed with his performance during Industry Placement. He is currently Hotel Manager of the Travelodge Southbank Melbourne property, directly managing 26 staff. This is an extraordinary achievement for a 25 year old. He started with Toga as a Duty Manager and after proving himself has enjoyed an accelerated career, moving through the position of Assistant Hotel Manager to, prior to his current role, Hotel Manager of the Medina Grand Adelaide Treasury._ The CEO of Toga Hospitality, Rachel Argaman speaks highly of Ben “People do business with people they like, and people like and respect Ben.”.
