The 16th edition of the Worldwide Hospitality Awards was an opportunity for the Glion Institute of Higher Education to receive the prize for Best Hotel Management School. The award was presented to its ceo Judy Hou by Erwan Robert, Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at Louvre Hotels Group.
She was selected further to a public vote of hotel industry professionals. Finalists were selected according to different criteria (% internationalization, density of international, network, quality-price value...) detailed within the special report about schools by Hospitality-On (see).
Glion Institute of Higher Education is a Swiss hotel management school. Opened in 1962 in a former hotel in Bellevue, the property was the first private hotel school for higher education to open in Switzerland. It has built its reputation on excellence and has become a leader in the field of international hotel training.
