The 6th European implantation of the group Dolce Hotels & Resorts is set in Munich’s suburbs in Unterschleissheim, mid-way between the airport and city center. The 255-room, 23- meeting rooms, business hotel is connected to the Dolce BallhausForum conventin center which offers over 3000 sqs.m. The spaces include a SkyLounge with a view of the Alps, a ballroom as well as a 1342 sq.m auditorium with a glass cupola.This project is the result of a collaboration with Striebel Projekt management GmBH, a promoter and investor, and Joi Design, an architecture studio in Hamburg, for interior design for the rooms, restaurant, reception areas and Spa. The rooms offer exceptional bedding, large bathrooms and the latest in flat-screen LCD TV, iPod doc and free wifi. The executive 7th floor of the hotel has 3 presidential suites, 12 junior suites and 15 connectable deluxe rooms. 10 other junior suites are available on the other floors.The Spa Dolce Vital by Cinq Mondes has 4 treatment cabins. Cinq Mondes, the leading spa brand in France takes its savoir-faire from ancestral Asian and North African traditions. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and sauna. Catering is under the direction of Chef Jens Koppermannau at the «Viktualien», a 220 seat restaurant and at the «Redox», an à la carte restaurant that seats 40. The «Stephan’s» bar has 70 seats as well as a terrace and a «Biergarten»."At a time when many of our competitors have reduced their activities, we are developing our own," sustains Steven A.
