In response to the absence of student accommodation, Odalys Group accelerates the deployment of its Odalys Campus brand.
6 years after opening two first Odalys Campus student residences in Marseille and Lyon, Odalys Groupe is accelerating its development strategy with about fifteen new Odalys Campus residences scheduled for 2025 in France and abroad, including 7 for the 2021 academic year.
The projects are developed in consultation with local authorities and taking into consideration the needs of students in order to know better their expectations in terms of architecture, accommodation capacity, facilities and services. These projects are primarily targeted at cities behind in terms of equipment, such as Angers, Rennes, Poitiers, and Montpellier.
Abroad, after the recent opening of the Odalys Campus residence in Seville, Spain, 4 new projects have already been signed in Portugal (Lisbon and Porto) between now and 2023.
