Shangri-La has expanded its concierge services by partnering with the Klook platform

The luxury group has announced the addition of a tablet in the concierge area of some of its hotels to offer its customers Klook's services

Shangri-La announced that it has entered into a partnership with Klook Online Concierge Services to complement the services it offers in its facilities. The platform, which is very present in tourist destinations in Asian countries, offers the possibility to quickly book nearly 60,000 activities. Users can view the various customer reviews, pay in a few clicks and receive their QR code tickets on their mobile phone.

Anita Ngai, Chief Revenue Officer at Klook, sees luxury customers as an interesting target for his platform: "The luxury traveller is more tech-savvy than ever as they are seeking smart, convenient, and cash-free solutions, and we're continually enriching Klook's services to make the platform suitable and engaging for all types of travellers "

This service will be launched in December in Shangri-La Bangkok, Singapore, Kowloon and Hong Kong - currently focusing on selected hotels in Asia where Klook is known.
