Greg Marsh, co-founder of OneFineStay, steps down

Greg Marsh, chairman and CEO of OneFineStay, announced he is stepping down. Evan Frank, co-founder of the distinctive private home rental website, will fill the position as of September 15 with ongoing support from Greg Marsh for a few months during the transition.

Bought for 148 million euros by AccorHotels, OneFineStay is a distinctive private home rental service that was acquired by AccorHotels for some €150 million. Clients benefit from high-end logistics and services.

In the French hotel group's effort to expand its economic model, the British start-up will gain in development infrastructure in key urban markets. Preferring to move onto other opportunities, Greg Marsh, co-founder with Evan Frank, has announced his departure September 15. He will hand operations over to Evan Frank, new CEO, with Keyvan Nilforoushan, vice president Europe so they may pursue the next development phase.

Sébastien Bazin praised Greg Marsh's work, explaining he will continue to consult to ensure a smooth transition and follow-up for the development plan.
