AccorHotels strengthens its distribution in Africa, the pan-African hotel reservation platform, and AccorHotels, have announced the signature of a partnership to gradually integrate all the AccorHotels properties present on the African continent within the platform.

This partnership should make it possible to first add 30 AccorHotels located in 13 countries to the website, followed by all the Group's hotels in Africa.

"This partnership with Jovago is an accelerator in the implementation of our distribution strategy in Africa," explains Souleymane Khol, VP Sales Marketing Distribution & Revenue Management for Africa & Indian Ocean. "AccorHotels is in a dynamic of permanent innovation that aims to combine the digital experience and hospitality savoir-faire in an increasingly efficient manner."

Present in more than 40 countries in Africa,  Jovago is an online hotel reservation service with offices in Lagos (Nigeria), Nairobi (Kenya), Dakar (Senegal) and 10 other African cities. Founded by Africa Internet Group, whose shareholders are MTN, Millicom, Rocket Internet, AXA and Goldman Sachs, is the first online hotel reservation portal in Africa with more than 25,000 hotels partners on the continent and 200,000 worldwide.
