Founded in 2016 by Leif Jägerbrand, Atomize relies on an intelligent revenue management platform capable of adjusting room prices in real-time.

This technology, based on sophisticated algorithms, anticipates market fluctuations and optimizes revenue up to two years in advance. Atomize is already present across five continents, serving clients in over 50 countries.

"In an industry where bookings are unpredictable, making informed pricing decisions in real time is crucial. Atomize will enhance our offering with predictive data and in-depth market analysis, enabling our clients to maximize their revenue." – Richard Valtr, Founder of Mews

Key features of Atomize include:

  • Real-time dynamic pricing, automatically adjusting prices based on demand and booking patterns.
  • Granular pricing, enabling price optimization by room type and customer preferences.
  • A solution tailored for hotel chains, ensuring centralized revenue management.
  • Flexibility between automation and human intervention, providing hoteliers with strategic control.

According to Matt Welle, CEO of Mews, this acquisition builds on a strategic partnership that has existed between the two companies since 2015.

"By joining forces with Mews, we strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and boost hotel profitability. This acquisition marks a step toward smarter, more integrated hospitality technology." – Leif Jägerbrand, Founder of Atomize

The acquisition, led by Mews Ventures and supported by the Eldison law firm, underscores Mews' commitment to innovation in simplifying solutions for hoteliers while setting new standards in operational and revenue management.

"Thanks to real-time pricing adjustments, we increased our RevPAR by 35% and gained 50 hours per week in operational efficiency across all of our hotels. The integration with Mews promises even greater agility in a dynamic market." – Chris Pedersen, CEO of the Norwegian group Kronen Hotels

Earlier this month, Mews also integrated Quotelo into its ecosystem. This French startup, specializing in event and group management solutions for hotels, automates and optimizes processes related to event planning, a crucial area for properties diversifying their revenue streams.
