The real estate development group Synapse Capital, in a partnership with the English hotel group Yotel, announced the creation of a micro-hotel in San Francisco.
After New York, Yotel is heading west to California. Further to an agreement with the real estate developer Synapse Capital, the London based hotel chain well set up operations in San Francisco, California. In keeping with the brand's concept of smaller spaces for more advantageous prices, the San Francisco hotel should have 200 rooms of around 16 sq.m. It will follow the conversion of a former office building.
Yotel already has four hotels, two in London near the Gatwick and Heathrow airports, one in Amsterdam and another in New York.
