The British chain plans to establish its cabin concept in Boston, with an opening in 2017.
The future property will be part of Seaport Square, a project to develop Boston's Waterfront which represents an investment of over 3 billion dollars and should be completed in about ten years. Yotel Boston will be surrounded by apartment buildings, offices, commerces, as well as three other hotels positioned on different market segments.
Twice a winner at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards, the Yotel concept is present in Europe with two properties in London and one in Amsterdam, and in the United States with one hotel in New York. Its growth in North America is not expected to come to a halt any time soon as negotiations are underway for its installation in the cities of Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle and Toronto.
