
Wyndham Hotel Group is opening its first address in the city of Voronezh, the Ramada Plaza Voronezh City Centre, which is scheduled to open next October.
Located near the historic center of the city, the upscale hotel will offer 210 rooms in a 16-floor building. It will also have a spa and a relaxation center, meeting rooms, a restaurant and two bars (one in the lobby and the other on the roof).
The Ramada Voronezh City Centre will allow the Wyndham Hotel Group to strengthen its supply in Russia, where it already has a portfolio of three properties in Ekaterinburg, Kazan and Domodedovo international airport in Moscow.
As of January 1, 2015, Wyndham Hotel Group was the fourth hotel group worldwide in terms of number of rooms with 660,826 units in 7,645 properties according to MKG Hospitality, consulting firm founded by Georges Panayotis. (Read our report)
