The Pierre & Vacances - Center Parcs Group, the jewel in the crown of French tourism, has made the headlines in the hospitality sector on several occasions in recent months. Franck Gervais took over as CEO almost a year and a half ago and is now projecting the group into a new dynamic. Come and share his speech at the Hospitality Operator Forum on 22 June.

18 months after taking office, Franck Gervais managed to maintain the integrity of the group, negotiating its debt with individual owners and finding new institutional partners to recapitalise the group.
At the same time, he has instilled a new approach to the production of the service, surfing on the new consumer trends accentuated by the crisis linked to the Covid 19 pandemic. Relying on a mainly domestic and local clientele, he developed, in conjunction with the teams, the RéInventons 2025 strategy emphasising responsible tourism and the creation of memorable experiences that meet the deep-seated aspirations of consumers of tourist accommodation.
The Domaine des Landes de Gascogne, inaugurated on 23 May, illustrates this new approach to creating value for customers and investors through a variety of offers such as a local market, cooking workshops for children, an on-site educational farm where families can pick up fresh eggs every morning and new accommodation modules immersed in the estate's pine forest.
