
The complete refurbishment of the property for $12 million has allowed it to maintain its luxury hotel status in the Israeli city.
The hotel is now equipped with a rooftop bar, a swimming pool with sea-view, as well as restaurants with completely new design and new meeting spaces. Innovations also include eco-friendly lights throughout the hotel.
Tel Aviv continues to be a major tourist destination, with more than $160 million in tourist revenues in July 2017, according to the Israeli statistical organization. The trend has been improving since 2015, making Tel Aviv one of the most sought-after destinations in the country, and the leading destination for foreign visitors, in terms of tourism hotel revenues.
