The new Steigenberger Kongress Hotel Frankfurt Airport is scheduled to open in 2024 and will be located in Frankfurt's new urban development, Gateway Gardens.
The new facility will have 527 rooms and suites on 18 floors and a 5,500 square metre conference centre. The strategic location is one of the strengths of the new address: Gateway Gardens already has its own stop on the Frankfurt suburban railway network, and the hotel will be located right across the street from this station. The accessibility, combined with the new facilities on offer, will create new opportunities for event organisers. The convention area will have a flexible 2,300 square metre conference room with a capacity of approximately 3,000 people. In addition, a spa will be located on the 18th floor of the North Tower and will offer a view of the forest and the skyline of the city of Frankfurt.
