
Hyatt Hotels continues its expansion in Europe with the opening of a first property under the Hyatt Regency brand, in the Dutch capital.
After the Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and the Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation strengthens its presence in Amsterdam with the opening of its first Hyatt Regency property. The hotel is located within the Plantage district at the east of the capital, close to the exhibition and congress center. It offers 211 rooms including 15 suites, as well as a restaurant, an outdoor bar and a café. The hotel also offers a reception room (nearly 200 m²), three meeting rooms, a fitness center and a sauna.
As of January 1, 2016, Hyatt Hotels Corp ranked 12th largest hotel group worldwide with 605 properties totaling 161,737 rooms, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
