
The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Bordeaux should open its doors in the center of the city, in the Bassins à Flot neighborhood, in the second quarter 2017.
Located in the city center, in the Bassins à Flot neighborhood, the property will have 125 rooms and a vast spa and balneotherapy space, as well as restaurants, bars, meeting and conference rooms. It will be part of a mixed-use complex of 4,000 residences and 250,000 square meters of commercial space, including the "Cité des civilisations et du vin", which will open its doors in 2016. Announced as the most important current real estate development in France, the site should attract more than 450,000 visitors a year.

On January 1, 2014, Carlson Rezidor was the 11th French hotel group in terms of number of rooms, according to the ranking realized each year by MKG Hospitality, hospitality consulting firm founded by Georges Panayotis. It had 21 hotels and 3,518 rooms in France. (Read our report)
