he five-star hotel should open its doors at the beginning of 2016, in the center of Amsterdam and near the emblematic Amstel hotel. It will have 157 rooms, including 32 apartments, adapted to the needs of business tourists, as well as restaurant, a bar, several meeting rooms, a pool and a spa.
While it recently entered the market in Barcelona last October, Pestana continues to pursue its growth strategy internationally, particularly in Europe and South America. Outside Portugal, the group is present in Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Cuba, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, South Africa, Mozambique, Cap Verde, Morocco, and Sao Tomé and Principe.
